Production Principle
Through a controlled anodic oxidation reaction in an electrolytic bath, the voltage, temperature, and processing time are precisely regulated to generate a uniform, dense, and transparent oxide film on the stainless steel surface. Relying on the principle of thin-film light interference, varying film thicknesses refract distinct pure metallic hues—such as champagne gold, rose gold, antique bronze, matte black, and sapphire blue. The material then undergoes a sealing and curing treatment to lock in the color and seal the substrate, achieving permanent color retention, rust prevention, and corrosion protection.
