Production Principle
Using stainless steel sheet as the base material, after surface pretreatment (degreasing cleaning, sanding/abrasion priming, enhancing adhesion), the following mainstream processes are adopted to achieve the wood grain effect:
Heat transfer printing process: The wood grain pattern is pre-printed on the PET transfer film. Under high temperature (150℃~220℃) and high pressure conditions, the transfer ink is heated and sublimated to penetrate the stainless steel surface coating, and after condensation, the wood grain is firmly bonded to the base material.
Water transfer printing process: Place the wood grain film flat on the water surface, apply the activating agent, then immerse the stainless steel plate at a 30° to 45° angle evenly into the water. The film evenly wraps the surface of the plate. After drying at 50°C to 60°C, apply high-performance PU or UV transparent protective varnish, and then undergo high-temperature curing cross-linking at 120°C to 150°C to form a transparent protective layer with high hardness and strong adhesion;
Coating process: Use PVC or PET high-quality wood grain film, closely attach it to the stainless steel surface under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions (such as nano embossing), with a delicate touch and rich patterns, easy to install, suitable for batch standardized production;
Etching wood grain process: First, make a high-precision mold according to the wood grain pattern, apply anti-etching ink by exposure or screen printing technology, then etch out the realistic wood grain texture with acid solution, and finally color it and seal with no-fingerprint oil. The texture is three-dimensional and touchable, with extremely high customization degree.
After the above processes are completed, undergo post-treatment such as curing and applying no-fingerprint protective layer, to achieve long-term protection against water, scratches, and ultraviolet rays.

After being covered with a surface protective layer, it resists ultraviolet rays and aging, and has a lifespan far exceeding that of natural wood and ordinary veneer boards;
Environmentally friendly with zero formaldehyde: During the production process, no large amounts of chemical adhesives are required, and the finished product has no release of volatile harmful substances such as formaldehyde and benzene, ensuring safety and environmental friendliness, especially suitable for healthy-sensitive places such as homes, hospitals, and schools;
Replace natural wood to protect forests: Using steel instead of wood reduces reliance on and deforestation of natural wood, aligning with the global trend of green environmental protection and sustainable development;
