Production Principle
1. Mechanical Roll-Pressing Texture Method (Mass Production Standardization)
Using a large-scale CNC rolling equipment, two alloy steel rollers with engraved concave-convex textures on their surfaces (material: Cr12MoV, hardness: HRC 58-62) are employed to extrude and shape stainless steel sheets. The rollers are heated to 150-200°C to enhance the plasticity of the sheets, with a rolling speed of 15-25m/min and a reduction rate of 5%-15%. This results in the simultaneous appearance of concave-convex patterns on both sides of the sheet, commonly known as "double-sided embossing". The texture depth is uniform and consistent, with a deviation of the pattern consistency ≤ 0.05mm, making it suitable for mass production and standardization.
2. Mold Imprinting Method (Efficient Embossing Texture)
Using a pre-engraved mold with patterns, the stainless steel sheet is pressed and imprinted in one go, quickly replicating hammering textures, forging patterns, etc. It is highly efficient and has relatively controllable costs. The edge of the pattern is smooth, making it suitable for processing roll materials with a regular thickness of 0.4-1.2mm.
3. Pure Hand-Made Forging Method (High-End Art Customization)
Craftsmen use tools such as hammers and chisels to strike the surface of the sheet at different intensities, angles, and density of impact points, forming 20-30μm deep concave-convex textures. Hand forging cannot be fully mechanized and replicated. Each sheet has a unique texture, and this "human touch" gives the product unique artistic collection value.

4. Exceptional corrosion resistance, suitable for harsh environments
Using 304/316 stainless steel as the base material, the salt spray test is ≥ 1000 hours without rust (304 base material). Impact-resistant, non-fading, suitable for exterior walls, damp areas (swimming pools, water curtain displays), marine engineering, etc., in demanding environments.
5. Fireproof and flame-retardant, compliant with safety standards
